TIPS FOR STORING MY KRATOM?

We recommend that you store kratom powder in dark, moisture free areas. Kratom is best stored in the air tight pouches that it comes in.

HOW QUICKLY WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Every order will be processed within 24 hours after being received Monday – Friday. We will make every effort to ship the same day as ordered.

TYPICAL SHIPPING TIME?

All order will receive FREE USPS First Class shipping and all orders over $150 will receive FREE USPS Priority Mail. Shipping upgrades are available at the time of checkout.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email with a USPS tracking code.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Any unopened, sealed and untampered product will be refunded if the customer contacts us within 30 days of placing the order.
If you find that our product does not meet your expectation, we are willing to do what it takes to keep you a happy and loyal customer.
